In general, the install time to give you a completed kitchen would be a fortnight from start to finish. However, this is just a guide as every job will have its own unique specifications. We do take care of the plumbing, electrics, and any plastering work required.

Yes, we can remove old appliances for you and dispose of them responsibly. Alternatively, if they are still of serviceable quality then we can donate them to a charity.

Yes, your existing appliances can be used but we can always give you some advice on this.
Yes, we offer a free design service where we will visit your home, measure your kitchen space and put a design together for you so you can then come to our showroom and view the results. Should you wish to take any drawings away from the showroom, we would have to make a small charge for this, however this fee would be completely refundable once you place an order for your kitchen with us.
Yes, if you would like to use your own fitter we are able to provide you with a full design and the products to go with the design, for your own fitter to install. We can also offer a service where your fitter can phone us for technical advice during the fit to make sure you have a smooth installation.
Our payment terms if you are using our supply and install service are: 25% deposit when you order the kitchen from us, 65% is payable when the kitchen has been delivered and we have started working in your house, and the final 10% is payable when you are happy with everything, and the job has reached completion.
Our payment terms if you are using our supply only service are: 50% deposit when you order the kitchen, and the final 50% is payable two days before delivery.
